We are looking for a mobile app developer to build a PG (Paying Guest) Management Application that will help PG owners digitize their operations. Currently, most PGs rely on manual record-keeping, leading to inefficiencies in rent collection, meal management, tenant verification, and communication.
The app should include the following features:
✔ Tenant Registration & Verification – Digital record-keeping with Aadhaar/PAN upload
✔ Room & Guest Management – Track tenant allocation and unauthorized guests
✔ Rent Payment & Reminders – Online rent payment with automated notifications
✔ Meal Management System – Allow tenants to turn meals on/off to reduce food wastage
✔ Issue Reporting – Tenants can report complaints or maintenance issues via the app
✔ PG-Wide Announcements – Broadcast messages to all tenants (similar to a WhatsApp group)
✔ User-Friendly Interface – Simple, easy-to-use design for both PG owners and tenants
? The app should be available on Android & iOS with a web admin panel for PG owners.
? Preferred technologies: Flutter/React Native (for mobile) and Firebase/MySQL (for backend).
? Open to suggestions on additional features and best technology stack.
