Looking for a long term react developer

We are looking for a full time react native developer. How much you are going to charge as a fixed cost each month?
Responsibilities:
1. Work as part of a small team to build React Web applications and cross-platform react native applications.
2. Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
3. Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
4. Reach out to the open-source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes- React Native moves fast and often breaks things.
5. Transition existing React web apps to React Native.
6. Architect, build and maintain excellent React/React native applications with clean code.
7. Implement pixel-perfect UI's that match designs.
8. Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience.
9. Integrate third-party APIs.
10. Work with modern tools including Asana, Slack, GitHub, Google Docs, etc.

Requirements:
Strong Proficiency in:

React Native
REST API
HTML5
CSS3
Redux
Excellent communication skills
