Looking for developer who worked on NFC React Native

Looking to create NFC tags to distinguish products such as wine and tea.
These NFCs will be pasted no to the packaging and need to be able to set up with a privte key which will be used for authenticating if the said item is what it claims to be.
Eventually I will also need a web abd a react native app to facilitate that.
