Looking for a developer to maintain our existing app

Hi There,
We are looking for a developer to maintain our existing app. We would like to partner with this developer, and keep an ongoing relationship for maintenance and upgrades. The app is built and on both the Android and IOS store, but constantly there are bugs coming up.
We would consider this developer our IT specialist.
In terms of the technology stack used, it includes:
React Native
Node.js
MongoDB
Forest Admin
Mailgun
Google Places
Having experience with all of these is not necessary, as long as you feel you could learn them if needed.
We also would need this developer to be available on short notice if something crashes in the app.
