Location-Based Two-Sided Marketplace App

Job ID: 40283089

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I’m building a lightweight, scalable marketplace that connects two distinct user groups by pin code. One group can publish a request, the other can browse all open requests in the same area and reply to any that interest them. A single request must remain visible to every qualified user until the poster closes it; nothing is ever hard-assigned to just one responder.

The product has to feel native on both iOS and Android devices, so I am happy with React Native, Flutter, or any other proven cross-platform approach as long as the finished builds are accepted by Apple and Google. A responsive web front end is welcome if it speeds things up, but the mobile apps are non-negotiable.

Key workflow
• Account creation for both user types, with simple profiles.
• Real-time pin-code matching so only local users are notified.
• Push and SMS alerts the moment a new request appears.
• One user group pays a weekly subscription handled by Stripe (Indian preferred); a two-day free trial must start automatically before the first charge. The posting group uses everything free of charge.
• Admin dashboard to view, search and deactivate users, requests and active subscriptions.

Deliverables
1. Source-controlled codebase for iOS and Android apps (and web, if included).
2. Integrated Stripe flow covering free-trial logic, recurring weekly billing, cancellations and webhook handling.
3. Push (Firebase or equivalent) and SMS gateway set-up wired to the request creation event.
4. Lightweight admin panel with user, request and subscription management.
5. Deployment documentation plus a short hand-off call to walk through the stack.

Quality must come first: clean architecture, well-commented code and clear separation between business logic and UI so future features can plug in easily. If you have shipped similar two-sided or subscription-based apps, I would love to see them when we talk next.
