Kid Phone: Secure Play App for Children

**Project Title:** Build a Kids Safe Phone App for iOS and Android

**Overview:**
I am looking for an experienced mobile app developer to build a kids app called Kid Phone. The app is a safe, locked fake-phone playground for children. When a parent opens the app and hands their phone to a child, the child can tap around on a pretend iPhone-style interface without accessing any real phone features.

I already have a fully working interactive prototype and a detailed feature specification document ready to share. You will not need to figure out the design or features — everything is documented for you.

**Technical Requirements:**
- Must build for both iOS (iPhone) and Android
- React Native or Flutter preferred so one codebase covers both platforms
- App must support full-screen / kiosk-style lock mode
- No user accounts, no backend database, no ads
- Must comply with Apple Kids App Guidelines and Google Play Families program requirements
- Must be successfully submitted and approved on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store

**What I Will Provide:**
- Full interactive prototype (working demo)
- Complete feature specification document covering every screen, button, and behavior
- App name and branding direction
- Content for all photos, messages, and games

**What I Need From You:**
- A fixed-price quote for the full build
- Confirmation that you have published apps to the Apple App Store before (this is required)
- Estimated timeline to completion
- 1-2 examples of similar apps you have built
