Job Portal web site -- 3

Need to build a job portal by using react and node, where recruiters can chat and send emails to the candidates.
Already have UI templates in react, and services need to be built in node with mongo.

Need to build a JOB portal
Authorization Authentication: Login, register, forget the password, reset password, etc
Users: Recruiters, applicants, organizations
Recruiters: Able to create, read, update, delete jobs
 Able to view all the list of applicants
 Able to reject, shortlist, hire etc,
 Recrutier can send messages to the applicants
 Able to remove the job and stop applications
Users:  Able to see list of jobs
 Able to search jobs based on city, skill, etc
 Able to apply jobs with resume and liked in
 Applicants can send messages to the recruiter
