I’m building an app that zeroes in on professional development—specifically leadership—and I need a developer who can turn that vision into a polished, user-friendly product. The heart of the platform will be interactive tutorials that guide users through real-world leadership scenarios, encouraging active learning rather than passive reading.

Here’s the flow I have in mind: a clean onboarding sequence asks users to set leadership goals, then serves bite-sized tutorial modules packed with videos, quizzes, and scenario-based challenges. After each module, the user sees instant feedback that highlights strengths and areas for improvement. I’m open to layering in progress tracking and even community networking later, but the first milestone is to get the interactive tutorial engine working smoothly on both iOS and Android.
