AI-Intensive Multi-Language Mobile App Development

As part of a startup, a founder wants to get a new AI-heavy multi-language mobile app built for iOS and Android in React Native. Web app exists on Lovable, backed by Supabase, and OpenAI. Roughly 15 pages with extensive AI usage, sensitive data storage, interaction between users, push notifications. Mobile app design, look and feel is extremely important. Integrations with news, learning, engines, LinkedIn, social media, job search portals, AI engines, payments. Finetuning what AI model is used for what feature. There is a potential for a long term cooperation, for instance, building another menu layout within the same app for a specific user type such as admin and partner.
