Insurance Exam Prep Website

I need a complete, from-scratch website dedicated to Insurance exam preparation. The heart of the platform is a practice-test engine—users log in, answer timed multiple-choice questions, see instant feedback, and track their scores over time.

Every page has to load fast and look perfect on mobile, tablet, and desktop. I also want an intuitive admin dashboard where I can add, edit, or retire questions without touching code, plus basic analytics that show how many attempts each question receives and average success rates.

Tech stack is your choice—WordPress with a custom plugin, Laravel, React, or another modern framework is fine, provided the code is well-organized and documented. Security, clean UX, and future scalability are priorities.
