IOS and Android Hybrid React Native App needs updates

We´re looking for a react native hybrid developer to update our app with some changes made on our website. The list of the changes that are needed to update or implement are listed below. The apps are available on the both app store and Google Play.
The website is built on Codeigniter, so we need a developer with not only IOS and Android experience but with Cogniter. We also need more than six months of support. The developer will also upload the updated apps to the App and Play Store portals. The deadline must be met. Not meeting deadlines attracts price deductions.
