Seeking Freelance Developer to Build a Hyperlocal Community App (Android + iOS)

We’re looking for a skilled freelance developer to help build a community application powered by location-based partitioning.

Required skills:

-Strong experience in mobile app development (React Native or Flutter preferred).
-Proficiency in geospatial libraries/APIs (H3, Mapbox, Google Maps, or equivalent).
-Backend development with Node.js / Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
-Database design (PostgreSQL/PostGIS or equivalent spatial DB).
-Experience with OAuth and third-party login integrations (Google, Facebook, phone-based auth).
-Familiarity with device attestation & location spoof detection.
-API integration with OpenAI/ChatGPT API.
-Bonus: deployment on AWS/GCP, push notifications, and scalable architecture.

What we’re looking for:

A developer who can take this technical spec and translate it into a functioning MVP. You should be comfortable working independently, proposing technical decisions, and ensuring scalability/security from the start.
