Home Services Mobile App Prototype

I want to validate a business idea that bundles multiple home-service needs into one simple mobile experience. For this first phase I only need a lean, working prototype—just enough to demo core screens, basic flows, and service listings.

Scope of this MVP
• Three main hubs: Home Maintenance, Product Installation, and Product Selling.
• Under Home Maintenance show Cleaning, Plumbing, Electrician, and AC Maintenance options.
• Include extra listings for solar product installation, IoT product selling, plus HVAC installation & maintenance.
• Users must be able to browse each service, tap to view details, and place a basic booking or purchase request (no payment gateway yet).
• Admin side: a simple web or in-app panel that lets me add/edit services and view incoming requests.

Technical notes
– Android first (React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin—whichever you work fastest in).
– Clean, modern UI; no need for elaborate branding, just intuitive navigation and clear icons.
– Code should be modular so future features—real-time tracking, secure payments, service-provider chat—can bolt on later.

Deliverables
1. Installable APK and source code.
2. Brief setup document and one walkthrough call so I can run the build locally.
3. A short list of libraries/tools used.

I’m aiming for a quick turnaround; two to three weeks is ideal. If you’ve shipped lightweight MVPs before and can keep communication clear and proactive, I’d love to see your approach and timeline.
