Grocery Quick Commerce App

I am building a fast-moving grocery commerce experience and need a full mobile solution for iOS and Android. Shoppers should be able to browse live stock, place an order, track the driver on a live map, and redeem promotional coupons or automatic discounts at checkout—all with the speed and polish users now expect from q-commerce leaders.

Core scope
• Native or cross-platform app for iOS and Android (whichever stack you are strongest in: Swift/Kotlin, React Native, Flutter, etc.)
• Real-time inventory sync with my back-office system so users never see out-of-stock items.
• End-to-end order and delivery tracking that updates the user at each stage.
• Discount and coupon management, supporting both manual codes and automatic basket rules.

I will supply product data, brand guidelines, and the delivery partner’s API docs. You will deliver the full source code, a staging build for testing, and a short hand-over guide so my in-house team can maintain it. Clean architecture, clear documentation, and readable code are essential; reusable components and modular state management will be a plus.
