Grocery App Conversion and Publishing

I have a grocery web application built in React, and I want to launch it as a mobile app on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

I am looking for an experienced developer who can help convert the existing React web app into a mobile application (using React Native, WebView, or any suitable method) and handle the complete publishing process.

Scope of Work:

* Convert React web app into Android and iOS mobile apps
* Setup proper mobile app structure (React Native / WebView / Hybrid approach)
* Generate APK/AAB (Android) and IPA (iOS) builds
* Fix any issues during build and submission
* Setup Play Console and App Store Connect
* Create and optimize app listing (icon, screenshots, descriptions, etc.)
* Handle all compliance and policy requirements
* Successfully publish the app and get it approved on both platforms

Requirements:

* Strong experience with React / React Native / Hybrid apps
* Experience in publishing apps on Play Store and App Store
* Knowledge of app submission guidelines and rejection handling

Additional Info:

* This is a grocery delivery app
* Backend and web version are already working
* Need full support until the app goes live successfully
