Golf Swing Coaching App
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m building a mobile companion that teaches golfers to perfect their swing through on-screen drills, instant feedback and progress tracking. The app must ship on both iOS and Android from a single codebase, so I’d like it developed in React Native. If you can demonstrate clear advantages, I’m willing to consider a Flutter approach, but React Native is the baseline expectation.
App will help golfers record and analyze their swinging on phone screens
What I need you to tackle:
• Implement core screens (on-boarding, video-capture, swing analysis, drill library, progress stats) following the Figma wireframes I’ll supply.
• Integrate basic analytics, in-app purchase hooks and secure cloud storage (Firebase preferred).
• Package and hand over production-ready builds: TestFlight for iOS and Internal Test Track for Android.
• Provide the full, well-commented source code plus a concise README so another developer can pick it up.
Acceptance criteria
• Stable performance on the two latest major OS releases for both platforms.
• Video analysis completes in under five seconds on mid-range devices.
• No blocking UI thread; smooth 60 fps playback of recorded swings.
If you’ve shipped video-centric apps, worked with MediaPipe, OpenCV or similar libraries, and can share store links or clips of previous work, I’d love to review them and discuss timelines.
