Geshikt On-Demand Delivery App

I’m building Geshikt, a same-day courier platform that specialises in moving personal items quickly and securely across town. The idea is simple: a customer requests a pickup, a vetted courier accepts, and real-time tracking keeps both sides informed until the item is safely handed over.

I already have the brand story and service model; what I now need is a complete product build—native iOS and Android apps for customers, a lightweight companion app for couriers, and a browser-based admin dashboard. Core flows include user signup, order creation, live location tracking, push notifications, proof-of-delivery capture, and secure in-app payments.

If you have proven experience launching delivery, ride-hailing, or logistics products, I’d like to see examples. I value clean, modular code (preferably React Native or Flutter on the front end and a Node.js, Firebase, or similarly scalable stack on the back end) as well as thoughtful UI that makes booking a courier feel effortless.

Deliverables I need to sign off on:
• Fully functional customer app and courier app published to both app stores
• Admin dashboard with order management, courier analytics, and dispute resolution tools
• Source code in a private repo, build scripts, and deployment documentation
• Two-week post-launch bug-fix window
