The app is designed to streamline route optimization, technician scheduling, warehouse inventory management, and real-time performance reporting. We are now seeking a developer or small development team to build the MVP and prepare the app for testing in a real business environment.

Scope of Work:
We are looking for a highly capable developer to take the project from design to deployment of the MVP (Minimum Viable Product). Your responsibilities will include both front-end and back-end development and integration with AI and mapping tools.

Responsibilities:
• Develop the front-end using React Native for both iOS and Android
• Build and configure the backend using Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Realtime Database, Cloud Functions)
• Integrate GPT-4 API (OpenAI) for intelligent dispatch suggestions and driver support
• Implement route optimization using Google Maps API, Mapbox, or a comparable routing tool
• Build warehouse inventory tracking with barcode scanning capability
• Create toggles for multilingual support (English and Spanish)
• Integrate voice instruction capabilities for driver and dispatcher interfaces
• Build an earnings dashboard and performance reporting module
• Configure user roles and secure login (dispatcher, technician, admin)
• Ensure clean, scalable, and modular code suitable for long-term development
• Optional: Assist in deployment to App Store and Google Play
