Front-End Development

Pay Later Travel is Australia's fastest-growing book now pay later travel company. We offer flights and accommodation to AU and US customers, allowing them to book and pay for travel in installments over 26 weeks prior to their trip.

This role is to lead front-end development as we scale the business to thousands of bookings per day. We are looking for a self-sufficient team member who is obsessed with shipping good code and scaling tech.


Our tech stack currently includes:

- ReactJS/Redux front end
- Hosted on AWS Cloudfront and S3
- Bitbucket for version control & Jira for management
- Discord/ Slack for communication

What we're looking for in a candidate:

- Availability: 25 hours per week. This will be guaranteed minimum hours by Pay Later Travel to the successful candidate.
- Ability to work on multiple ongoing tech projects
- Efficient, low-maintenance code that does not create tech debt
- Strong communication and collaboration skills: Ability to work and communicate with both tech and non-tech team members.
