Friend Rating Social Board App

I need a straightforward mobile app that runs natively on both iOS and Android and centres on one core idea: letting users rate their friends on a public-style board. After a quick email-and-password sign-up, each user should land on a clean interface where they can search for friends, leave a score, and instantly see the aggregated ratings update.

The priority is the rating engine itself—capturing a numeric score, preventing duplicate votes, and displaying live averages—along with a simple feed that lists recent ratings so everyone can track activity at a glance. Basic profile pages (avatar, username, overall score) and a settings screen for password changes will round out the MVP.

I’m looking for a developer who can:
• Build the full front end and back end, using whichever modern stack you’re most comfortable with (React Native, Flutter, Kotlin/Swift, etc.).
• Implement secure email authentication and store credentials safely.
• Deliver well-structured source code, a short README for local setup, and compiled builds ready for TestFlight and Google Play internal testing.

Once the core rating feature is rock solid and passes a quick usability test, we can discuss layering in extra social elements. For now, the goal is a lean, bug-free first version that proves the concept.
