Food delivery platform for grocery chain

I am the IT manager of an Estonian Q-commerce company. We are planning to create our own food-delivery platform which will be only used for our store infrastructure.
About the project
Currently, we have two operational stores within the city of Tallinn, we are planning on expanding to the grocery delivery service. For the platform, an application is needed for the client and courier coupled with the backend to handle communication between these entities.
Your tasks:
Build an application for the client and the courier using React Native (with preferably Expo), Redux, Firebase and other necessary integrations (such as Stripe). The screen designs will be provided to you beforehand.
Communicate with me on a frequent basis about the progress, issues and details of the applications (following the Scrum framework) using video calls and Monday.com. This is crucial as I am currently working on the in-store application and will later be working on the admin application.
Provided resources:
Detailed schematics for both of the applications & the general information flow of the platform
Information of the necessary features of the applications and the database collections
Screen designs for the application
Timeline and remuneration
Work on those two applications would start during the second week of September (06.09 - 12.09) and we aspire to reach the testing phase by the first week of October.
Our budget for the development of these applications together with the backend (Firebase) functionality is a maximum of 900 €. Further details and conditions regarding remuneration can be negotiated before the project begins.
Lastly, if the project goes smoothly then future cooperation on upcoming features is an option as well.
