Fix my app issue in react-native

Right now i am thinking about how to save user answers and display them each time when user change question with next or prev button . UI of my app is below.
So when user click on next button and before that select some answer in the first question this answer should be saved somewhere and the next time user reaches this question, the answer must be equivalent with user choice and radio button should be selected. My idea is to create array which can help me to save user answers but i need more ideas and suggestions to create that. For example for first question if user click second answer in the first question the array should look like savedAnswers[0] = 2 and then this should change radio button value. i checked how to changed radio button value and that can be done with property initial.
