Finalize Cross-Platform Base44 App

I have already coded the core of a Base44-powered app that lets everyday users sign in, encode or decode data, and move files up and down from the cloud. What I now need is a seasoned developer who can turn this proof-of-concept into a polished, production-ready release for iOS, Android, and the Web.

The back-end logic for user authentication, data encoding/decoding, and file handling is in place, but it still needs hardening, UI refinement, and full deployment tooling. You would review my existing codebase, tighten security flows, clean up any performance bottlenecks, and wrap the whole experience in a clean, responsive interface that feels native on every platform.

Because the app is aimed at the general public, special attention to intuitive onboarding, clear feedback messages, and graceful error handling is critical. I’m open to whichever cross-platform stack you feel will get us there fastest—whether that’s React Native, Flutter, or an optimized PWA—so long as it delivers smooth performance and passes each store’s review guidelines.
