Family GPS Tracker App
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a lightweight mobile application delivered for both iOS and Android that lets me view our family members’ positions in real-time on a map, receive instant geofencing alerts when someone enters or leaves a predefined area, and review an easy-to-browse location history.
Because we will be using the app only within our household, I do not want any signup screens, email verification, or social-media logins; the first launch should go straight to pairing or map view, keeping the user flow as simple as possible. If a minimal device-pairing code or QR scan is required to link phones, feel free to suggest it, but no full authentication stack is necessary.
Key points to cover:
• Same codebase or closely matched feature set for iOS and Android (React Native, Flutter, or native—your choice, just explain why).
• Accurate, low-latency live location updates.
• Configurable geofence zones with push notifications.
• Scrollable timeline that logs past movements by time and date.
• Clean, intuitive UI that loads quickly on mid-range phones.
When you hand over the project I’d like:
1. Source code with clear comments.
2. Build instructions for Xcode and Android Studio.
3. A brief README explaining how to add new geofences and adjust location‐update intervals.
If these deliverables line up with your expertise, let’s get started.
