Expo App Real-Time Sync

I have an Expo JavaScript application that already connects to Supabase, and now I need real-time data syncing fully wired in. The goal is for any change made in the Supabase tables to reflect instantly inside the app—no manual refresh, no delays.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Configure Supabase real-time channels or listeners within the existing Expo project.
• Demonstrate that inserts, updates, and deletes propagate to the client immediately.
• Keep the code modular and clearly commented so I can extend it to additional tables later.
