Description:

We are developing a social media application (already built and deployed) and are looking for an experienced React Native developer to modify and enhance existing features. The backend is fully developed; we need frontend updates and feature integrations.

Scope of Work:

Update API Base URL

Backend domain has been changed.

All existing API calls in the React Native frontend need to be updated to the new deployed domain.

Community Verification & Badge Feature (Frontend Integration)

Backend API for community verification is already completed.

Users verify their community using their professional email.

Frontend tasks:

Integrate verification API.

Display verified community name as a badge on the user profile page.

When clicking the badge, it should navigate to a page displaying all users in that community.

Backend logic is completed — only frontend rendering and integration required.

Notifications System

Implement and display in-app notifications.

Integrate with existing backend notification APIs.

User Search Feature

Add functionality to search users.

Integrate with backend search API.

User Categorization Based on Followers
Users should automatically be categorized based on follower count:

1 – 10K → Explorer

10K – 50K → Challengers

50K – 100K → Achievers

100K – 500K → Masters

500K – 1M → Celebrities

1M – 10M → Super Celebrities

10M+ → Mega Celebrities

These labels should be displayed appropriately in user profiles.

Professional Account Toggle

Add an option in the Edit Profile page:

“Use this account as Professional Account”

Toggle-based feature with proper UI integration.
