Enhance VoIP Functionality in Lula App

Project Title: Integrate Agora VoIP Calling in Lula Social Networking App

Project Description: Lula is a social networking platform consisting of two separate apps:

User App – Designed for male users, this app is publicly available on the Play Store.

Streamer App – Designed for female streamers, this app is not published on the Play Store and is distributed privately.

Currently, the calling feature between users and streamers is limited to in-app calls using the third-party service GetStream.io. We are now looking to enhance the calling experience.

Tasks to be Completed:

- Migrate the calling functionality from GetStream.io to Agora.
- Implement VoIP calling functionality such that streamers can receive calls even when the app is in the background or closed (similar to WhatsApp calling). For example, if the user initiates a call from the User App while the streamer is using another app (like Instagram) but has internet access, the streamer should still receive the incoming call.
- Enable features like call recording and push notifications for missed calls.
