Enhance React Native Journal App
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I have a fully functional journaling app built with React Native—front-end and back-end code are ready and well-structured. I now want to roll out a feature update that will help me monetize the product, polish the writing experience, and add a bit of AI magic.
Scope of work
• Move the entire app behind a paywall, offering monthly and yearly subscription plans. The purchase flow must comply with both Apple In-App Purchases and Google Play Billing so the app can stay live on both stores.
• Add system-level autocorrect to every text entry screen so users no longer see red squiggles or typos as they write.
• On two specific pages, embed an AI assistant that returns clear, text-based answers when users ask questions. The model can be OpenAI or a comparable provider; responses will be text only, no voice output required. The AI responses need to be savable.
• Remove or tweak a handful of words across several screens—small copy edits I will supply.
• Redo the first couple screens when someone opens the app for the first time.
• Optional: if your bandwidth allows, I’d like advice and an estimate for a community forum page that matches the existing UI.
All the work done will be owned exclusively by me and the code must be provided at the conclusion of the project.
