End-to-End E-Commerce Web & App

I need a complete e-commerce solution built from the ground up and handed over deployment-ready. This includes a responsive website plus native apps for both iOS and Android. The core flow is straightforward: visitors browse products, add them to a shopping cart, check out through a secure payment gateway, and leave reviews and ratings that future shoppers can rely on.

Design matters as much as code, so I’m looking for a clean, modern UI/UX that feels consistent across web and mobile while taking advantage of each platform’s strengths (e.g., Touch ID/Face ID on iOS, One-tap payments on Android). Performance, accessibility, and SEO fundamentals should be baked in from day one.

Because the site and apps will launch together, I’ll need a single codebase or tightly aligned stacks that keep feature parity simple to maintain—React + React Native, Flutter, or a comparable approach works for me as long as you justify the choice.
