We are seeking an experienced development team to build a high-quality sleep assistance mobile application for both Android and iOS platforms. The app will include a sophisticated sleep tracker, an extensive library of sleep sounds with mixing capabilities, and a comprehensive admin panel for full content and app management.
Key Requirements:
Technology Stack: The mobile app must be developed using React Native or Flutter to ensure optimal performance and native-like experience on both Android and iOS.
Team Composition: Provide a dedicated full-time team of 5–7 professionals to work on app (including developers, designers, QA testers, and project manager) capable of handling a substantial development workload.
Development Priority: The high-end, fully functional Admin Panel must be completed first. It will serve as the central control system for managing all app content, features, users, and operations.
Core Features:
Sleep Sounds: Deliver a library of more than 260 high-quality sleep sounds (similar in scope and variety to the BetterSleep app). Users must be able to mix multiple sounds, adjust volumes, save custom mixes, and set timers. You are to provide all the sounds
Sleep Tracker: Build an extremely accurate sleep tracking system that utilizes multiple device sensors and AI to detect environmental and user-generated sounds, record audio clips when relevant, analyze sleep stages, duration, and patterns, and display clear, insightful graphs and statistics. Best Sleep is reference app.
Admin Panel: A robust, modern, and fully featured dashboard that allows complete control over all app content, sounds, user data, analytics, and settings. We suggest admin panel be fine first as all content of app is managed through it
Design & Technical Standards: The app must feature a premium, polished user interface with smooth animations and an exceptional user experience. All code must follow industry best practices, ensure high performance, security, scalability, and clean architecture.
Reference Apps: Sleep tracking features should align with leading apps such as Best Sleep or similar high-accuracy trackers (detailed links provided in the attached PDF).
Sleep sounds functionality and mixing capabilities should match or exceed those in BetterSleep (detailed links provided in the attached PDF).
Important: Interested teams must confirm they have installed, thoroughly tested, and fully understood both reference applications.
Project Deliverables & Process:
Provide 24/7 live hosting for a staging environment throughout development (local emulators or restricted access setups are not acceptable).
Deliver regular APK builds and Admin Panel updates for review and testing.
Upon project completion, handle final deployment to our provided hosting/server environment.
The entire project must be delivered within 2 months.

Fixed budget of $1,500 USD, paid in a single milestone upon successful completion, delivery, and verification of all features. Non Negotiable.
