Customise and deploy App to Appstore and playstore

I am launching a dating platform which I already have a reactive native tempate. I need a stack developer to do the following: 1. UI/UX redesign, branding and localization (Includes blue theme, logo integration, and tiered pricing system)2. multi-language support: English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and will ruoted to those subdomains en. pt. es and fr. + intro website (only one landing page)3. Deployment to App Store & Play Store
