Cross-Platform Social Networking App

I’m launching a new social networking experience and need a polished mobile application that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. The core idea is to let users create profiles, connect with friends, share posts (text, images, short videos), and chat in real time with push-notification support, all wrapped in a modern, intuitive interface.

I already have the high-level concept sketched out but welcome your input on refining user flows, selecting the most suitable tech stack (React Native, Flutter, Swift/Kotlin with a shared backend—whatever you feel is best), and integrating standard social features such as secure sign-up/login, a customizable feed, basic privacy controls, and in-app reporting.

Here’s what I’m expecting:
• End-to-end development for both platforms, including UX/UI design, clean code, and thorough QA.
• A lightweight admin panel or dashboard so I can moderate content and manage users.
• Assistance with App Store and Google Play submissions, plus clear documentation so future iterations are straightforward.
