Cross Platform Social Media App

This project is a brand-new social media application that must launch simultaneously on iOS, Android and the web. I need the full product built from the ground up, covering everything from UX/UI design through to app store submission and cloud deployment.

Core experience
• Real-time messaging: one-to-one and small group chat with push notifications.
• Scrollable feed: users publish text, images or video; others can react and comment, and the feed updates instantly.
• User profiles: editable bios, avatars and basic privacy settings.

Tech notes
I am happy to hear your recommendations on frameworks (React Native, Flutter, Swift/Kotlin, Next.js, Firebase, AWS Amplify, etc.) as long as the final build performs smoothly across all three platforms and scales to a growing user base. Clean, well-documented code in a public or private Git repository is essential so the project can be maintained after launch.

Deliverables
1. High-fidelity wireframes and clickable prototype for approval.
2. Complete source code for mobile and web, with README and setup scripts.
3. Dev, staging and production environments configured in the cloud.
4. Published apps in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, plus a hosted web version.
5. Two-week post-launch support for urgent fixes.

Acceptance criteria
• Messaging, feed and profile features function without critical bugs.
• Cross-platform UI consistency within accepted platform guidelines.
• Average cold-start time under three seconds on mid-range devices.
