Cross-Platform Productivity App Development
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m ready to commission a complete productivity app that will run natively on iOS and Android while also offering a fully responsive web version. The core focus is helping users stay organised and accountable through streamlined task management and reliable time-tracking, so those two features must feel polished, intuitive, and perfectly in sync across every device.
I’m flexible on the underlying tech—Flutter, React Native, or any comparable cross-platform framework is fine so long as it delivers smooth performance and a single shared code-base. A lightweight web front-end can be React, Vue, or another modern JS stack; what matters most is a consistent user experience.
Key requirements
• Unified task lists with due dates, status changes, and simple drag-and-drop reordering
• Accurate time-tracking that users can start, pause, and stop—synced instantly to their tasks
• Secure cloud-based back-end (Firebase, Supabase, custom Node, etc.) with real-time updates
• Account creation and login via email plus optional OAuth providers
• Basic analytics/dashboard so users can review where their time went
Deliverables
1. Source code repositories for mobile and web
2. Build-ready packages: iOS (App Store), Android (Google Play), and a deployable web bundle
3. Technical documentation covering setup, environment variables, and deployment steps
4. A short hand-off call or video walkthrough once everything is tested and live
Acceptance criteria
• Feature parity across platforms—if a task is created or a timer is started on one device, every other device reflects it within seconds.
• No critical bugs or crashes during a full week of QA testing with at least 25 simultaneous beta users.
• Clean, commented code that passes a quick review for scalability and maintainability.
If you have an existing component library, clear UI/UX samples, or suggestions to add lightweight collaboration later on, let me know. I’m eager to move fast once we agree on the milestones and timeline.
