Cross-Platform PCHS Healthcare App

The project is to create the official PCHS mobile application from the ground up for both iOS and Android. I need a clean, intuitive experience that lets patients register, manage secure profiles, book appointments, receive push-notification reminders and browse a consolidated hub of health resources, all tied into our existing API (full docs shared after kickoff).

For visual consistency I want the interface to follow Android Material Design as the main reference point, adapted where necessary so the iOS build still feels native. Multi-language support is not in scope right now, so all copy can stay in English.

A cross-platform framework is preferred—React Native or Flutter—so maintenance remains straightforward after launch. Please be comfortable with common healthcare security practices, Firebase or comparable push services, and modern UI/UX patterns. A portfolio showing similar service-based or healthcare apps will help me gauge fit and quality.

Deliverables include:
• Fully functional iOS and Android builds ready for App Store & Play Store submission
• Source code in a private repo with clear README and build instructions
• Basic test suite and hand-off documentation
• Post-launch support agreement (light bug fixes, store updates)
