I need an experienced developer who can take a mobile app from concept to App Store and Google Play release. The core requirement is that the same code-base (whether React Native, Flutter, Kotlin Multiplatform, or another robust solution) delivers a smooth, fully native experience on both iOS and Android.

Here’s the high-level flow I have in mind:

• Collaborate with me to refine the feature list and user journeys.
• Produce Figma or similar wireframes so I can sign off on the UX early.
• Build the front-end and any necessary back-end or API integrations.
• Handle rigorous device testing, performance tuning, and App Store / Play Store compliance.
• Package and submit final builds, then provide post-launch support for any critical fixes.

Code must be clean, well-documented, and committed to a private Git repository I’ll provide. If you already have a preferred CI/CD pipeline for iOS and Android, let’s use it; otherwise, I’m happy to follow your guidance.

Because the app’s niche is still open for discussion, show me examples—live links or TestFlight/Play testing builds—demonstrating how you solved diverse problems (payments, push notifications, offline sync, etc.). Include a short note on which tech stack you’d suggest and why.
