Cross-Platform Mobile App Development

I’m ready to move from concept to a working mobile application that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. I have the core idea defined and now need a developer-designer who can take it from blank screen to App Store and Google Play release.

Here’s what I’m expecting:
• Collaborative refinement of the feature set and user flows
• UI/UX mock-ups that translate naturally into native-feeling screens
• A single codebase—whether React Native, Flutter, or another cross-platform framework—that compiles cleanly for both platforms
• Complete, well-commented source code plus build instructions
• Signed iOS (.ipa) and Android (.aab) packages ready for submission
