Cross-Platform Mobile App Build -- 2

I am looking for an experienced cross-platform mobile app developer to build a complete mobile application for both iOS and Android. The app should be modern, fast, secure, and built with clean architecture.

Project Requirements
Core Features

User registration & login (email, phone, or social authentication)

User dashboard with profile management

Push notifications

In-app payments or wallet system (Paystack, Stripe, or Flutterwave)

API integration with third-party services

Admin dashboard (web-based)

Smooth UI/UX with responsive design

Database setup (Firebase, Supabase, MySQL, or PostgreSQL)

Deployment to Google Play Store & Apple App Store

Tech Stack (Preferred)

React Native or Flutter

Node.js + Express or Firebase backend

PostgreSQL / MySQL / Firestore

REST APIs or GraphQL

GitHub or GitLab for version control

Developer Responsibilities

Build the mobile app for Android and iOS

Build or integrate the backend

Create all necessary APIs

Implement strong security and clean code practices

Test and debug across various devices

Provide full source code and documentation

Support deployment to app stores
