I’m building a full-featured matrimony mobile app that should launch simultaneously on iOS and Android. The core experience revolves around rich user profiles, a dependable matchmaking algorithm, and seamless in-app messaging, all wrapped in a clean, intuitive UI.

Key workflow
• Registration must support standard email/phone sign-up as well as one-tap social log-in with Facebook and Google, maintaining OAuth best practices and strict data privacy.
• Profiles will store photos, biodata, interests, and match preferences; all fields need to be easily extendable.
• The matchmaking engine should begin with straightforward rule-based filtering (age, location, religion, etc.) yet be architected so we can later slot in ML-driven ranking without a major refactor.
• Messaging has to be real-time with read receipts, basic media sharing, and push notifications handled through FCM/APNs. Conversation histories must sync across devices.
• An admin dashboard (web is fine) should let me review reported accounts, manage flags, and tweak algorithm weights.
• Source code, API documentation, and simple test cases are part of the hand-off, along with builds ready for App Store and Google Play review.

Tech is flexible—native Swift/Kotlin, Flutter, or React Native are all acceptable as long as performance and maintainability are solid. For the back end, a RESTful or GraphQL service with user authentication, secure file storage, and scalable matchmaking logic will work.

Acceptance criteria
1. Apps pass store submission guidelines and install cleanly on latest iOS and Android versions.
2. Social log-in, profile creation/edit, matchmaking search, and real-time chat operate without crashes or data leaks.
3. Admin panel actions reflect in the apps within one minute.
4. Codebase is lint-clean, documented, and delivered in a Git repo alongside a short deployment guide.

With these pieces in place, I’ll handle branding, marketing, and future feature requests internally.
