Cross-Platform Loyalty App & Dashboard

I need a fully-functioning loyalty program built for both iOS and Android, paired with a browser-based admin panel that lets my team control everything in real time.

Core user side:
• Customers create an account, see their current balance, and earn points automatically after each purchase.
• Push notifications keep them informed about rewards, point expirations, and special promos.
• A clean, intuitive UI is essential so users understand at a glance how many points they have and what they can redeem.

Admin side:
• Web panel where I can add or edit reward tiers, adjust individual point balances, view analytics, and craft push campaigns.
• Role-based access (e.g., manager vs. cashier) would be helpful for day-to-day operations.
• Real-time sync with the mobile apps—changes made in the panel should appear instantly on devices.

Tech expectations:
I’m open to React Native, Flutter, or native stacks—choose what lets you deliver a smooth, stable experience and an easily maintainable codebase. For the backend, feel free to propose Firebase, Node, or another modern solution as long as it scales and keeps data secure.

Deliverables:
1. iOS and Android apps ready for App Store / Play Store submission.
2. Web admin panel deployed on my server or a recommended cloud host.
3. Source code, build instructions, and brief hand-off documentation.
