Cross-Platform Loan Recovery Reports App
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I run a loan recovery agency and need a purpose-built application whose core job is to generate actionable recovery reports. Day to day we track thousands of delinquent accounts, so I want the data we already hold in spreadsheets and our core lending system to flow into one interface where I can pull up a report, filter by agent, date range or product, and instantly see:
• Client payment history
• Current outstanding loan amounts
• Recovery success rates (overall and per agent)
The app has to feel native on iOS and Android while also being usable from any modern browser for managers working from their desktops. I am open to React Native, Flutter or another robust cross-platform framework as long as performance is smooth and the codebase is maintainable.
Key points you should address in your proposal:
• Secure login with role-based access (agents vs. supervisors)
• Simple dashboard that lets a user choose the desired report, set filters and export to PDF or Excel
• Real-time sync with our existing MySQL database via REST or GraphQL—please outline how you would handle data integrity and latency
• Basic in-app notifications or email alerts when new data is available for reporting
• Clean, modern UI that works equally well on phone and desktop breakpoints
Acceptance criteria: the compiled apps must pass App Store and Google Play review, the web build should deploy to my AWS account, and the three report types must return accurate figures that match our reference spreadsheets to within 0.5 %.
