Cross-Platform HACCP Compliance App

I want to turn the paper HACCP packs used in UK kitchens into a clean, mobile-first digital experience that runs smoothly on iOS, Android and any modern browser. Staff will log in with an email + password, walk through their daily checks, record temperatures, attach photos for evidence and instantly see whether every critical control point has been met. At the end of each shift the system should be able to roll everything into an audit-ready PDF that a food safety officer could review on the spot.

You are free to propose the tech stack—React Native, Flutter, progressive web app, or another approach—as long as the final result feels native on phones and equally usable on a tablet behind the pass. Data must sync in real time so multiple team members can work at once, and it needs to keep running even if the kitchen’s Wi-Fi drops, updating the cloud the moment connectivity returns.

Key deliverables
• Responsive web dashboard plus publishable builds for the App Store and Google Play
• Secure email-based sign-up, login and password reset
• Modules for temperature logging, daily/weekly checklists, CCP monitoring and photo evidence capture
• Automatic PDF or CSV report generator, filtered by date, site or user
• Simple admin panel so I can add menu items, change CCP thresholds and view export history
