Cross-Platform Food Delivery App
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
I’m building a full-featured food delivery marketplace and need an experienced team to take the idea from wireframes to App Store and Google Play release. The core flow is straightforward: customers browse local restaurant menus, place orders, pay in-app, and follow real-time driver tracking until their meal arrives.
Three distinct roles must be supported:
• Customer – account creation, menu browsing, cart, checkout, live order status
• Delivery Driver – order queue, route navigation, status updates, earnings dashboard
• Admin – restaurant onboarding, menu management, order analytics, payout controls
My priority is smooth performance on both iOS (Swift/SwiftUI or React Native) and Android (Kotlin or React Native) with a shared codebase where practical, plus a scalable backend (Firebase, Node.js, or similar) that can handle surge traffic during meal peaks.
Deliverables:
1. Production-ready iOS and Android apps compiled and signed for release
2. Responsive web-based admin panel with role-based access control
3. Source code in a private repo, full build instructions, and basic unit/UI test coverage
4. Deployment scripts and documentation for the backend, including push notification setup and payment gateway integration
5. Two weeks of post-launch bug-fix support
If you’ve launched similar marketplace or logistics apps, I’d love to see them and discuss your recommended tech stack, timeline, and any milestones you suggest for phased rollout.
