Cross-Platform QR Code Scanner App in React Native

Description:
We are looking for an experienced React Native developer to build a simple, yet efficient QR code scanning app that works on both iOS and Android. The primary function of the app will be to scan QR codes, extract parameters, and use them to run a specific URL. This URL triggers an API that performs a specific action in our database. The API is already developed, so the focus will be on creating the mobile app.
Key Requirements:
- Cross-Platform Capability: The app should be developed using React Native to ensure it works seamlessly on both iOS and Android.
- QR Code Scanning: Integrate an open-source QR code scanning library (such as react-native-qrcode-scanner) to scan QR codes and extract two parameters from them.
- API Integration: Use the extracted parameters to construct a URL and make a request to our pre-existing API. Handle the API's response appropriately within the app.
- UI Development: Integrate and customize the UI based on the provided designs. We have 5 screens designed in Adobe XD, which need to be translated into React Native components with a keen eye for detail and design fidelity.
- Response Handling: The app should display one of three different messages based on the API's response, which depends on a meta key check in our database.
