Cross-Platform Book Exchange App

I need a fully functional mobile app that lets readers list, discover, and swap books on both iOS and Android.

Core requirements
• Account creation with email or social login.
• Book listing: add cover photo, title, author, brief notes, and pick-up location.
• Powerful search: filter by title, genre, or proximity so users quickly see books available nearby.
• In-app messaging so two members can agree on the exchange details without leaving the app.

Scope & deliverables
1. Wireframes and visual mock-ups to confirm flow and look.
2. Cross-platform build (React Native, Flutter, or similar) compiled for TestFlight and Play Store testing.
3. Clean, well-documented source code plus a short deployment guide.
4. One round of revisions after user testing to iron out critical bugs.

Timeline
I’d like the first test build in my hands within a month, so please include a clear milestone schedule.
