Create a react-native/flutter Application to dress up a virtual Doll

I’m looking for a software developer/agency to develop an application built using React Native or Flutter that will permit final user to dress up a Doll and compose unique wear outfits.

Which requisites must have the ideal candidate?
1. Must have +3 experience with React Native (JSX) or Flutter (Dart) languages.
2. Must have strong experience using/handle Canvas elements.
3. Must have experience with Firebase.
4. Must have strong experience with WordPress/WooCommerce in developing Custom Plugin, consequently, need to understand PHP and MySQL.
5. Must be able to write/understand RESTful APIs.
Now let’s face some FAQs.
Q1: How you will technically dress up the dolls?
A1: Let’s say we’ve got for example a Doll .png picture 1024*1024 totally naked (just underwear). We’ve post-produced each products images in order to be easily overlapped on Doll body without need to play with x,y positions or proportions.
Q2: Where products are hosted and how you plan to assign post-produced image to each product?
A2: Products are actually hosted on WordPress (WooCommerce), due the fact user already have an ecommerce. We could use ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) to permit us to insert a custom field to be filled with suitable post-produced image. We will probably need to do this also for primary product image (The “normal/basic” one) due the fact some products will contain “A woman model wearing the product” as featured image, as you can think is not suitable for us. Next, we will need to make available these fields when we will call our API.
Q3: How we will get products and categories from your website?
A3: We can use standard WordPress/WooCommerce API to get categories, products, attribute (such as color and size). Please note, actually the ecommerce has got only “Simple Products” and not Variable ones.

Q4: How we will redirect user to e-commerce filling cart with products previously selected by User from Application?
A4: We can handle that using WooCommerce API, I’m reading that (finally) Store API are moved in Stable phase. https://developer.woocommerce.com/2022/03/25/store-api-is-now-considered-stable/ , so I think we can build a POST request easily.
