Create a dynamic form component in React Native

Hi,
I want to recreate the functionality of a current web app we have, but as a React Native project.

The current webapps is created in C# with SQL Server backend.
The app is an inventory app which uses dynamic forms, the form calls an API that responds with json which form elements should be shown to the user. The form changes depending on which template the users select.
There are three main types of input sections:
-Basinfo (form inputs shown to the user directly?)
-Features (Two column info (Data, Value)
-Equipment (One column info (Data)
-Footer (Ending form elements)
The goal of the project is to create a dynamic component/view in React Native that:
1. Calls the API and retrieves the Json-template.
2. Displays the form elements specified in the json-file.
3. When pressing save, saves the form data through an post api.
4. The solution should also be able to call API for CRUD (Add, Edit)
Requirements:
React Native CLI, Javascript
