Create a calling app

I need a calling app, whereby people can talk to each other without revealing their identity
The caller will spend money & the receiver will earn money. It will have a wallet system. The user will buy points and then use those points to call other users, when calling he/she will spend points per minutes basis and the receiver will earn some points on per minutes basis. Similarly the user can buy & send digital gifts (stickers) to each other, which will also hav points in it.

I need the iOS & Andorid apps with Admin panel to manage the calling, receiving rates, gifts addition with prices, user management, etc.
The app can be made using React Native or Flutter and backend in Node.js
