Create an App with React Native

Hello, I want you to create an app for me, both for android and ios.
To be more specific It will be a dating app.
Basic functionalities:
Users (login/logout, user profile with bio, picture)
Messaging between users
Posts (comments, likes, tags)
Advanced functionalities:
Geolocation (very exact geolocation if possible within 1-5m)
Matches based on geolocation
Filtering of posts
