Course Page & Console Setup

I’m extending an existing educational app and need two very focused pieces of work:

1. Course page with video playlist
Within the app an educator must be able to upload MP4 files, drag-and-drop them into the right order, give the set a title/description, and publish the result as a single playlist that learners can stream sequentially. The UI should feel native to the current codebase (React Native with Firebase on the back end), but I’m open to other solid approaches if integration is smooth. A lightweight admin panel or in-app teacher view for editing and re-ordering is essential; no quizzes or discussion forums are required right now.

2. Google Play Console configuration
The app is ready for its first release. I need the Play Console account created, the bundle signed, the track configured (internal → production), and all mandatory listing assets uploaded. I’ll provide graphics, privacy-policy URL and screenshots—you handle the rest, including basic compliance checks so we pass review without hiccups.

Deliverables
• Fully functional in-app course page with video playlist creation for MP4 files
• Any new APIs, database rules or cloud storage paths documented
• Signed AAB/APK plus completed Google Play listing, ready for rollout
• Brief walkthrough video or call showing both features live and where to maintain them
